I’m loving all of the engagement sessions I have had this fall! From gorgeous leaves to amazing couples, every single one has been so special! This session was no exception! From the very first moment Anna contacted me, I just knew that we were going to hit it off! She told me all about how her and Joel are college sweethearts and they absolutely love Mexican food! I firmly believe that this is a match made in heaven! The day of their session rolled around and we thought we’d have to postpone it because of all this rainy Ohio weather, but Anna was so optimistic and I’m glad that we stuck it out!

From the very beginning of their session, I knew that it was going to be fun! Joel stepped out of the car and saw a large red barn across a field and up a hill and was ready to hike there right then! These two are so adventurous and were just amazing in front of the camera, I kept telling them that! As we walked around and explored some more, we chatted about life, family and their wedding of course! At one point we got stuck in a little rain shower and took cover, but there was no way that that was going to stop us! One of my favorite things about getting to know my couples, is that the session becomes so much more personal!

With such an incredible engagement session, I am absolutely sure that their spring wedding at Crago Farms next year will a showstopper! Joel and Anna, I cannot wait to celebrate with you as you begin a journey of marriage together! Thanks for being one of my “firsts” at Carriage Hill and trekking all over to get some amazing images! You two are the best!!
